You can get them anytime after you defeat Fin Dorsal the 1st time.

2. Privateer - A monquistan 

3. Musketeer - Chantal Livingstone 

4. Witchdoctor - Shark Oungon

5. Swashbuckler - Fan Flanders

• Rat Beard - Can be promoted only 1 time.Rat Officer into Rat Commander
